Our field teams and support staff are youthful, vibrant, relatable and ensure that our clients feel welcome and safe to engage on health matters in a comfortable manner. To help ensure this client experience, the vast majority of our staff come directly from the communities they serve and are trained in client-centric service delivery. Team members who engage directly with our clients include qualified NIMART nurses, social workers, health care advisors, peer ambassadors and Connect Hub agents. Our life skills program partner’s staff are predominately trained evidence-based intervention facilitators and mentors in the field.
