State-of-the-art Proudly South African solution.

We are a non-profit organisation, proudly supported by PEPFAR.

We have performed over 1.2 million HIV tests to date.

We were amongst the first NGOs to pilot semi-automated mobile HIV screening and immediate on-site ART initiation in SA.

What we do

Shout-It-Now has developed a unique and highly scalable approach to HIV screening and linkage to care. For South Africans who are at risk of being affected by HIV and AIDS, Shout-It-Now offers free, fast and friendly HIV screening and links to Anti-Retroviral Treatment (ART) for HIV+ clients through a referral system.

We offer on-site PrEP initiation to at-risk adolescent girls and young women, and a series of behavioural intervention programmes through our partners, CMT, to stop the spread of HIV.

We also provide assistance in the fight against Gender Based Violence.

Dear fellow South Africans,

On Monday 23rd March 2020 President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the enforcement of a nation-wide lockdown from midnight on Thursday 26 March 2020. We fully support the steps taken to curb the transmission of the Coronavirus and have therefore put our testing services on hold. As an essential services provider, we understand the inconvenience this may cause - we are however continuing to dispense PrEP medication to our existing clients and are working with the Dept of Health to see how we may further assist our fellow South Africans during these unprecedented circumstances.

In an emergency, please call us on: 010 020 6021 or mail us at:
