Shout-It-Now empowers youth to have bold conversations about sex and relationships. As a proudly South African organization, we design innovative approaches to reach communities with free sexual and reproductive health services. Modern, custom-built mobile clinics allow us to serve hard-to-reach populations in a private environment and our transformative digital tools provide a convenient and efficient service. Our professional, youth-friendly staff are recruited from the communities they serve and are therefore uniquely positioned to provide a dignified and non-judgmental client experience. The Shout-It-Now model offers continuous guidance and support, empowering clients to access the services they need, when and where they need them.
With private sector principles in mind, we design services that are client- centric, using digital tools to create a friendly environment that empowers clients to make informed choices about their health and future.
Our professional staff are recruited from the communities we serve, allowing Shout to offer services for youth, by youth. Shout-It-Now healthcare workers, nurses and social workers provide confidential care and counselling focused on underserved adolescent girls and young women between the ages of 15 and 24.
We currently provide our services in Gauteng Province (six sub-districts in Tshwane and all sub-districts in Ekhuruleni) and in North West Province (Mahikeng and Ratlou sub-districts in Ngaka Modiri Molema; JB Marks and Matlosana sub-districts in Dr Kenneth Kaunda; and the Madibeng and Moses Kotane sub-districts in Bojanala). We also have previous experience providing services in Limpopo and the Eastern Cape.
