SHOUT-IT-NOW OFFERS COMMUNITY-BASED YOUTH-CENTERED SEXUAL REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES AND SUPPORT IN SOUTH AFRICA
Shout-It-Now provides client-centered, youth-focused health services and support, with a primary focus on sexual and reproductive health. The organisation also offers services for individuals affected by violence and exploitation. These services are delivered through multiple channels, including mobile clinics and digital engagement platforms supported by custom-designed technology.
Our programs are guided by evidence-based social and behaviour change approaches to effectively engage adolescents and their parents or caregivers, increase demand for health and wellness services, and connect youth to a network of partner organisations for additional support.

South Africa has the largest HIV epidemic in the world. Numerous factors compound to disproportionally impact adolescent girls and young women in South Africa. Therefore, at Shout-It-Now we work to address the comprehensive health, safety and economic needs of this population.

From 22 September 2025, access to PrEP, PEP, ART, HIV testing, and contraceptives will move to your nearest Department of Health clinic — all services remain completely free.
