Our mobile units are fully networked, and IT enabled, allowing real time processing; our current solutions include voice recordings, bio-metrics, QR codes, tablets, GPS planning and mobile app technology, all enabling us to better track and service our clients.

We operate a fleet of mobile clinics on state-of-the-art branded buses, which take our services directly to communities. Our mobile and highly scalable approach allows us to be agile, effectively providing services in a comfortable and private environments where clients’ choices are respected. <<>>

iSHOUT! is a virtual engagement platform for adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) that is housed on a dedicated, data-free mobile web app, to ensure users can access content for free. iSHOUT! is a tool for Shout to connect our like skills prevention programs and our biomedical services, as well as to consistently engage and provide ongoing support and services to our AGYW clients. Access to iSHOUT! is gained through enrolment in Shout’s Eyakho Mo’ghel which is custom-built for AGYW to encourage, support and reward healthy behaviours and choices. >>>CLICK TO WATCH VIDEO<<<

Our Connect Hub call centre is staffed by trained personnel who keep in touch with clients — including those initiated on PrEP who need follow-up appointments. The Connect Hub also links clients to our professional staff should they need further support or have additional questions.

Our Eyakho Mo’ghel membership group is custom-built to encourage, support and reward healthy behaviors. It works in conjunction with existing life skills and biomedical services to drive service uptake and program completion, and create a sense of belonging to a group. Members earn points for their healthy behaviors, which can then be redeemed for incentives, empowering each AGYW to make the choices that are right for her.

SMART is an electronic client management system operating on all our mobile clinics. It provides a client-centric experience is used to capture client details, responses to medical screening questions, rapid test results, onward referral information and manages the dispensing of medication.

The dual epidemics of gender-based violence (GBV) and HIV are significant public health concerns with devastating effects on health and human rights. Multiple documented barriers prevent or delay GBV survivors accessing services, one of which is a fear of the unknown, coupled with a lack of access to information. To address this, Shout-It-Now is introducing Chomi, a GBV chatbot designed to allow survivors to anonymously get information and when desired, connect to support services. Chomi is housed and accessed via WhatsApp. To connect with Chomi, a person simply messages the WhatsApp number and Chomi will respond with information and provide a series of options, which the user will select from, based on what s/he would like to learn more about. +27822296251

ShoutLink is a custom designed and built app that allows us to track each client’s individual service journey with Shout. ShoutLink is integrated with SMART, which allows for instantaneous tracking of ‘layered’ clients from life skills programs to biomedical services (important for DREAMS). ShoutLink and SMART are also both connected with iSHOUT!, which is what allows for points earning and spending to be seamlessly tracked and visualized for the client on her iSHOUT! app. >>>CLICK TO WATCH VIDEO<<<
